At Shooter’s Supply, we stand by the quality and integrity of every product we sell. Due to the nature of our merchandise and industry regulations, all sales are final.

Once an item leaves our store or is shipped, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of usage or fit.
Limited Exceptions
We may allow returns on the following very limited basis:
1. Magazines

Item must be new, unused, and in original, unopened retail packaging

Packaging must be undamaged, untorn, and in resellable condition

Return must be requested within 30 days of purchase or delivery
2. Miscellaneous Accessories

Only applies to non-serialized, non-custom, general accessories (e.g., slings, pouches, basic tools)

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original retail packaging

Subject to management approval

Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no refunds to card or cash.
