DESCRIPTION:This course is designed for all the new shooters. It will also prepare you to take the Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Permit Class to get your Handgun Carry Permit.  \nThis course will be offered on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 6pm to 8pm. \nWhat is included in this course is: \n     A- Basic Handgun Safety \n     B- Nomenclature of your firearm and how it functions \n     C- How to load\, unload\, and make your firearm safe. \n     D- The 5 Fundamentals of Marksmanship \nAfter some classroom time you will actually go out on the range and learn to safely shoot your handgun ! \nYou will need your handgun and at least 50 rounds of ammunition which can be purchased here at the store. \nIf you don’t have a handgun yet\, Don’t worry….  you can rent a firearm here at Shooters Supply. \nShooters Supply looks forward to becoming your One Stop Firearms Training Center !! \nTo register for this course please call the shop at 423-875-4868 and we can take your payment over the phone

It has reciprocal agreements with 37 other states for you to carry your handgun legally in those states.\n  \nThis class does not teach you how to shoot. It tests your ability to shoot. If you have never fired a gun before and cannot operate your handgun (load\, unload\, and make safe) by yourself\, you need to take a training class to learn. This course involves a written test and a shooting test that you must pass with a 70% to get your permit.\n  \nThe class starts at 9:00am sharp. If you are late\, you will not be allowed to take the class. We advise getting here 15 minutes before class. Please park on the “Krystal Restaurant” side of the building. Not in the front parking lot. Thank you.\n  \nYou will need an “Application Number” from the state to take this course. To get that number Click Here and follow the instructions on the state’s website. When you are done\, print out you application number and bring it with you to class along with your driver’s license.\n  \nIf you need to take a training class first\, please call Shooters Supply and we can set that up for you.\n  \nYOU MUST CALL THE STORE TO REGISTER. 423-875-4868  SPACE IS LIMITED
